It's a love he shares with his brother and dad. It's endearing, unless you are the one walking with them from one end of Chicago to another to get to the best comic book stores. And then waiting in a sketchy store with nowhere to sit or stand without touching somebody else while they peruse the shelves for a great superhero adventure.
And I'm quite confident it's a love he is dying to share with our child as well. So when I asked him how to "share" our November numbers with the world wide web, he suggested I look up issue numbers from Superman comics. It's not the clearest way to share the numbers, because its not a super huge number for you to view... you have to look in the top left hand corner to find out... But I suppose our new numbers are hidden on the cover much like a superhero often must hide his powers. (Yeah - that was a weak stretch... sorry.)
So here they are... November numbers :) Note the HUGE jumps... and celebrate with us!
For Girls we are number:
For Boys we are number:
For Siblings we are number:

It's always good to know that I'm not the only Stefanich woman who not only loves (ha) the miles of walking in the Windy City to a comic book store; but then getting there and wondering why there are no hand sanitizers, mice traps or chairs for the bored wives of super hero fanatics! Hey, but it looks like I have some serious baby shopping to do for my grandchild(ren). I CAN'T WAIT!!!
That is great news! I am glad that you are seeing such great progress! That will give you lots of hope for the next few months!!! Congrats!
Love the creative way to announce numbers! LOVE the movement this past month too! PS... got my shirt in the mail yesterday! LOVE it! Totally appreciate it!

Can across your blog while looking at the "chosen" adoption necklaces on the caps creations site... chose you guys since you are adopting from Ethiopia :) Loved that we had alot in common - you chose adoption before biological children...we did too :) And you guys are young (we were 22 and 23 when we brought our daughter home) - I love meeting other young families created by adoption! Hopefully we will be adopting from Ethiopia in the future :)
-mom to three, two through adoption, one by birth
Have been following your blog for a bit-- we are also adopting from Ethiopia! We aren't as far in the process as you guys, but are so encouraged to see you creeping up the list. :) Praying for you guys and can't wait to see you bring your kid (s) home!
UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! UPDATE! please...
I can't wait to see your new numbers! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Such great news!!! Those numbers will seem to creep slower as the numbers get smaller. Keep the faith and we'll keep praying!!
